anxiety can be experienced, such as generalized anxiety, panic,
agoraphobia, obsessive compulsivity, and others.
Some symptoms of anxiety can include multiple “What if…” all negative thoughts and beliefs, difficulty concentrating, racing thoughts, tension, and rapid heart-beat, amongst other symptoms.
Frequently, someone with anxiety will experience some of the above symptoms, but not necessarily all of them.
